my scanner died... :'(
A few days ago my dog knocked over the radiator... (DONT ASK ME HOW... the guys that were hired to fix my apartment... well let's just say they have NO IDEA WHAT THE **** THEY ARE DOING) ... anyway, it smashed off the prongs on the plug... and so... my scanner can no longer be plugged in... :( Luckily, I can buy a new a/c adapter to get it working again... I just have to find the right connector!!..... (I've owned this scanner for about 4 years now -- bought it used for $25, and it's been one of THE BEST bargain's I've ever spent my money on!)

If you don't find the right adaptor (same power + same connector), just buy one with the same power features, cut the wires close to both connectors (not too close to the original one) and connect the wires of the new adapter with the ones of the original connector). If you're not sure, bring both adapter to someone who know what to do ;)

Thanks for the suggestion but.....yeahh.. i tried that (the re-wiring another ac adapter to the old one) and... i think i might have blown out something inside the scanner ( i swear they said they had the same volts on them but it still didn't work!! :( ) because i finally got the new adapter in the mail and it still doesn't work :'( oh well. I guess i'm going to get a new scanner.... :(
